Our Company

Gilpatric Interiors is an interior design firm founded in 1954 by Sue and Frank Gilpatric.

Currently owned and managed by their son, Kim, Gilpatric Interiors has been at its present location in Yuba City, California for the past 67 years offering northern California design services for residential and commercial projects. Cynthia Struckmeyer, interior designer, joined the company in 1979.

Gilpatric Interiors prides itself on the quality of its customer service and products. We have decorated some of the finest homes in the Yuba-Sutter region and travel frequently throughout the north state for our clients.

Kim Gilpatric

Kim is a 4th generation Sutter county native. He attended Sacramento State University specializing in business marketing and interior design. He joined his parents design firm in the fall of 1977 serving commercial and residential clients. Since then, he strives to maintain the legacy of quality work and customer service that has become the reputation of Gilpatric Interiors.

Cynthia Struckmeyer, ASID, Designer

Cynthia in also a 4th generation Sutter county native. She received her BFA degree from USC and followed with a BS degree in Interior Design from Woodbury University. She joined Gilpatric Interiors in 1979 with a focus on residential design. Commercial jobs include; business offices, lobbies and churches. Yearly pro-bono design work has included; The Acting Company, Yuba City Unified School District, SYO Pool in Sutter and Family SOUP.
